The Lenovo Microsoft team has announced ‘ThinkSmart View’, a dedicated personal business communication device for managing audio and video calls. Instead of being centered around Google’s home AI, the system was originally powered by the Microsoft team, TechCrunch said on Friday. The device is expected to start this month at $ 349 or $ 449 with the included pair of ThinkPad X1 ANC Bluetooth headsets this month.
The new Smart Display features an 8-inch touchscreen with an integrated camera microphone and speakers. The Lenovo Smart Display has a 5-megapixel wide-angle camera – including a privacy shutter – and a dual microphone array, and a 1.75-inch 10-watt full-range speaker for audio.
It is powered by Qualcomm APQ8053 system-on-chip (SoC). It’s Bluetooth-enabled to pair with headsets. It has 4GB of RAM and 8GB of EMMC storage and weighs 2.2 lbs.
In addition to the new ThinkSmart View smart display, Lenovo has unveiled the ThinkCentre M90a AI, which will hit stores in June this year priced at $ 1,099 (roughly $ 78৮). The machine carries the 10th-generation Intel Core processor and offers a 23.8-inch Full-HD display. It comes with custom privacy guards and has an IR camera with ThingsShooter for web cam.
Lenovo also brings 27-inch ThinkVision Creator Extreme HDR1000 digital. The ThinkVision T34W-20 34-inch 21: 9 1500R with Curved Display USB Type-C is a cable solution that uses a smart power technology to provide 75W power, data and video throughput.
Further, the list of Lenovo’s new launches includes a QHD 27-inch monitor that includes a ThinkVision P27h-20 and a full-HD IR camera with a 23.8-inch ThinkVision T24v-20 that supports Windows Hello and includes the ThinkShot physical webcam shutter. The company also brought Bluetooth 5-supported Thingpad Trackpoint Point Keyboard II, which works with Microsoft Swift Pairs and can provide up to two months of battery life on a single charge.
Lenovo ThinkCriter Xtreme will start at $ 2,499 (about Rs 1,79,300) starting in April this year, with both the ThinkVision T34W-20 and ThinkVision P27H-20 launching in March with a price tag of $ 499 (roughly Rs. 35,800). The ThinkVision T24v will hit the stores in April at a price of Rs 264 (roughly Rs 19,000). Furthermore, the ThinkPad Trackpoint Keyboard II will be available to buy for $ 99.99 (about Rs 7,200) starting May 2020.
